Mission

Core Values

Love the work emphasizes the importance of passion and enjoyment in the work we do, driving higher quality and creativity in output. Creators who love their work are more engaged, motivated, and innovative, leading to better client satisfaction and a positive client-company experience.

Inspire others means fostering a culture where makers inspire and motivate each other. By sharing ideas, celebrating creative achievements, and collaborating on projects, individuals can spark new levels of creativity and drive. Inspire others highlights the importance of a supportive environment where inspiration flows freely, leading to greater innovation and a vibrant, dynamic workplace for everyone.

No broken windows describes the importance of addressing small issues promptly to prevent larger problems. This core value is based on the broken windows theory, which was developed from a study observing that one broken window in an impoverished neighborhood signals to the rest of the community that the “powers that be” do not care about the infrastructure and people they serve. As a result, the neighborhood quickly deteriorates with more broken windows, vandalism, and other issues. Similarly, in software development, bugs and inconsistencies are the equivalent of broken windows and should never be left unrepaired. When programmers address small issues early, larger code problems can be avoided altogether. This proactive approach ensures reliable, robust, and maintainable software, fostering a software development culture with qualities of accountability and excellence.
